Not a lot mate. Im stuck in salford till the end of the week! Everyone elce is back home in briz. Twitter banter seems to have dried up recently. Its my birthday tomorrow. But im celebrating it on Saturday the 7th. I expect you to come out. Although I’m not sure how long your in china for? Also hows China?

This is the final font Idea for Virgin Music. The line where the black and red meet in the word music are ment to symbolise sound waves.
Next to the font I have drawn some decretive vines. These give a sort of gritty bold effect that I was going for.
In the development work in my sketchbook you can see the idea of the vines growing and flowering music notation.

I think this piece is trying to get across the idea that letters are more meaningful than pictures and paintings because they are not a representing something elce like a painting would.
Another piece from the liverpool visit.
Hard to make out but a typeface engraved into stone. This would be a cool Idea to present one of my 3 final ideas but I think I would have a lot of difficulty.
